Factor Feature Enhancements for Fall 2021

The Factor team is committed to continuously improving your experience and helping your firm succeed. Below are a few new features released in the past month that you should be sure to explore. Try them out and let us know what you think!
Expense Attachments
Factor users now have the ability to add receipts and other attachments directly to any expense they are logging in the system. Simply upload or drag files to the indicated area at the bottom of the "Add Expense" screen. These attachments can also be included with the invoices that you email to clients if desired.


QuickBooks Payment Link
Invoice payment is now even easier with the option to embed a link directly to the QuickBooks payment portal from your emailed invoices. Once clients click the link, they can choose to pay the invoice via credit card or ACH payment.
Additional Fields
There were a few requests for additional fields in the Factor settings, so we made it happen! The following new fields have been added to provide deeper categorization and reporting options:
1) Office Location
2) Client Type
3) GSA Codes


QuickBooks Time Entry Sync
If your firm processes payroll through QuickBooks, you now have the option to configure Factor to send time entries over once timesheets are approved. This new feature can be found on the "Approve Timesheets" page.
